1) This template is free for use.

2) You can fully edit the title, slogan, links (navigation), this note(s), the All Rights Reserved Copyright and generally all the data except the ending credit saying this template was created by Recruiting Grounds ('Design and Style created by Recruiting Grounds.').

3) About the CSS - you can add styles and edit the current ones. But you can't remove the copyright at the end. There are some useful comments / notes there so you might want to check them out too. (styles.css)

4) There is loads of material in the folder 'originals'. They include even parts which are not used by original, but if you want to edit some parts they are there.
But the important parts are:

- font used in the site title
- site title PNG (original, editable etc.)

5) For EDITTING the graphic material, I'd suggest using Macromedia Fireworks (8 and above) since the originals were saved in that program. But Photoshop and other programs should be good too.
